Wave Contact Lenses

Wave contact lenses are custom contact lens that nearly mirrors your cornea for the most precise and comfortable fit available by using your corneal shape data from a special type of camera called a corneal topographer;

Wave lenses, following the shape of virtually any cornea, are available as single vision, multi-focal, semi-scleral, or orthokeratology. It is a one of a kind lens built from the ground up.

Binocular Vision & Pediatrics

Children can be examined at any age if there are any concerns about their vision;

Current recommendations are for eye exams as early as the age of 6 months and annually after the age of 3;

Verbal responses are not required nor is an understanding of the alphabet. We have child-friendly tests including videos, fun shapes, colours that help make children feel more comfortable;

Binocular vision is not just limited to affecting children. It can affect anyone suffering from diabetes, strokes, trauma, or tumors;

Binocular vision-related difficulties include double vision and focusing problems, which can be treated with prescription glasses, prisms, and vision therapy depending on individual needs.
